On behalf of the Mustang Park Board of Directors, we sincerely apologize that the October budget meeting was not properly noticed to the Community. The meeting information was posted to the Website but it was not emailed to everyone. This was an oversight on my part and I apologize.
In order to make this right we are going to hold an official board meeting in order to review/approve the 2021 budget and the increase in assessments. This meeting will be open to all homeowners. Once a date has been confirmed, everyone will be noticed and the meeting information will be posted on the HOA Website. Click Full Story for more information.

Mustang Park Homeowners Association now has Flock Safety, a neighborhood safety company with license plate reading cameras. The cameras capture footage of vehicles and securely stores them in the cloud.
In the event of crime like car break-ins or home burglaries, license plate information is the #1 piece of evidence police request. We look forward to this added layer of protection coming to our neighborhood. Click Full Story for more information.

As part of continued communication between our HOA and the Townhome HOA, we received the below information regarding the East (Townhome managed) pond.
So that our neighbors would be aware of recent updates, we were asked to circulate the information to our community as well.
This is simply information that has been provided to the Townhome owners, and now to us, as a courtesy. Click Full Story for more information.

Over the past 15 months, there has been discussion on Facebook, NextDoor, and Mustang Park HOA Board Meetings regarding the pond on the east side of the property. That discussion has centered on the ponds three fountains, lights, and upkeep. As the Mustang Park HOA Board of Directors, we want to first, express our empathy for those 12 homeowners that surround the east pond in having to deal with this ongoing issue on a more regular basis, and second, inform the rest of the neighbors and homeowners of Mustang Park, what we have done to resolve this situation. We know that everyone is anxious and excited to enjoy this beautiful weather at the Amenity Center. Please note that we are doing our due diligence and following the City and County guidelines. Since the HOA pool falls under the same category as public pools, we are not able to open yet. With that said, we will also keep the Amenity Center (gym included) closed for everyone's safety until further notice.
Once the Amenity Center is back open, we will strictly adhere to the posted occupancy of 54 in the Amenity Center and 76 at the pool. Please know that this is subject to change with the City and County restrictions.
We are aiming for a tentative opening date of Memorial Day Weekend. In the meantime, we appreciate everyone's patience and we will send out another notice once we have additional information.
