Amenity Center Update

The wait is over! Due to the fluidity of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Board has been working tirelessly to find a safe solution for opening the pool and gym. Our pool will officially open Friday May 29th at 10:00 AM.

After much research, discussion, and feedback, we have determined that we will need to implement a few new house guidelines and requirements for the safety of our homeowners.Guidelines:

* No reservations for the pool area or amenity center will be considered at this time.
* Access to the pool will be limited to the east gate nearest the parking lot.
* Restrooms should be entered through the outside, west facing doors. Please do not go through the Amenity Center
* Occupancy for confines of the pool will be limited to 25% or 19 people total. Please refrain from inviting outside guests during capacity restrictions.
* Occupancy of the gym will be limited to one (1) household at time. Please be considerate of neighbors who may also wish to use the gym and limit your time if someone is waiting.
* Social Distancing must be observed. Please maintain a minimum of six feet (6') of separation and distance. To assist with compliance, we are reducing the number of seats available.
* Food consumption is not permitted in the pool area.
* Persons with symptoms of COVID 19 and/or other infectious diseases are not permitted to use the facilities.
* Users are encouraged to bring sanitizing wipes to wipe down seats before/after use. We also recommend consistent use of antibacterial hand sanitizer
* No person shall admit any other person (outside your household) into the pool area. Residency checks maybe be performed, and it is always encouraged to have proof of address with you.
* Access cards are assigned to each home and may not be shared outside your home.

In addition to the updated rules, and to ensure your acknowledgement of the guidelines and requirements s, we have implemented a liability waiver, which must be signed prior to entry card activation. This liability waiver and instructions for submitting are available at www.mustangparkhoa.com

Requirements:

* Key Card access will be activated upon receipt and processing of liability waiver. This process can take 24-48 hours from receipt of the executed waiver. You will be notified via email upon activation.
* Users must comply with all rules and applicable law, including any public mandates and orders.
* Pool/Gym access may be further restricted at any time by the associations policies
* People counts will be performed via security cameras by association mgt company. Upon notification to the HOA of capacity having been exceeded, the pool may be closed for a period of time.
* Association and HOA representatives have absolute authority and discretion to require users to leave the pool area.
* All users understand that, by using the pool (and Amenity Center) that they assume any liability and risk.

Please understand, this is a new process for everyone, and we appreciate your patience as we adjust to any issues that may surface during this time. Additionally, as the governor's orders change and capacity restrictions are lifted, we will alert you to those changes for our pool as well.
