Park Design at Warmington and Plano Parkway

Thank you for your interest in the future park at Warmington and Plano Parkway.

I have attached an overview plan as well as a phasing plan.

Currently we are set to start construction on Phase 1, the Street Improvements and Parking Lot Installation, in the coming weeks. Construction will start with Street Improvements. The existing temporary parking lot will be preserved through football season. After football season, construction on the new parking lot will begin.

We are still working to secure additional funding for Phase 2, the Park Amenities.
