Update on Bridge Project

There have been some questions about the Bridge project, and specifically about the permits for the work from the City.

Please be aware that the Permits were received and have now been closed by the City. Also, the Engineer who did the initial plan for the repair came and inspected the work, to ensure it was meeting the standards set forth in the plan, and again, once the work was done to ensure that it was done right.

The project has now met with the Engineers approval, and the City’s approval.

The Board maintains these reports, and the permits on this work, as part of the records of the Association, but wanted to post this to allow for transparency on the subject.
