Annual Meeting Nomination Form

The Annual General Body Meeting is scheduled for November 14th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. During this meeting there will be (3) three open board positions and elections held to fill those positions.

If you wish to nominate yourself or a neighbor, please fill out the attached form.
