Pool Key Audit Notice

Prior to our pool opening on May 1, we are performing a full audit of all amenity center/pool access cards. This audit is to ensure that only current homeowners have access to our shared amenities.

We are requesting that all owners with access cards complete this form in order to continue their access to the amenity center/pool. As of May 1, all unregistered cards will be removed from the system until the requested information has been provided.

To expedite the audit, please go to the HOA website at www.mustangparkhoa.com.

The last five numbers requested from the card should be visible near the edge of the card.

See sample below with numbers required in yellow.

Please note that forms need to be received on or before May 1, 2019. Forms received after May 1 may take up to five business days to be updated, which may cause delays in your access to the amenities.
