Homeowners please be advised:
We have had some repairs done to the irrigation large pond pump. The water to irrigate this area comes from the pond. The pump failed and was repaired on August 1-2. With scheduling and availability this was the soonest we could have it repaired. The irrigation was out four to five weeks.
The landscape team is now working on the irrigation system to make sure it is operating properly. The sprinklers in this area will be on at different times while they check and repair the system. They have increased the watering times to get the area back into shape as soon as possible.
Please be careful if using the grassy area near the pond. The drying out of the turf and the returning water may cause trip hazards. Thank you.

Brick Doctors will be performing repair work on the common brick wall by the large pond starting June 21st. When this work is complete they will move to the wall parallel to Colt Road. The effected homeowners will be notified prior to the work beginning. While the work is in progress please stay out of the work zone. We appreciate your cooperation.

The most frequent violations in the community are trash cans and lawn maintenance or weeds. The majority of Mustang Park homeowners show pride in ownership and follow the CC&R’s.
All landscaping must be maintained in a neat condition to include watering, mowing, edging, pruning, removal of and replacement of dead or dying plants, and the removal of weeds and trash. Weeds not only create an eyesore but left unattended, can spread to the yards of your surrounding neighbors.
Trash pickup is Tuesday. Trash can go out 24 hours before pickup and should be removed 12 hours after pickup. There should be no trash cans visible on Wednesday. Click Full Story for more.
