Today, I received the attached notice from the City about the work that will be done at Sky and Stallion. From the information that I currently have this work will be starting on April 9th, with moving in heavy equipment, and will go on for approximately 7 months.

Using the information on the notice, I reached out to the Construction Company, and asked them for a Pre-Construction Meeting, to allow owners to adjust as needed for the work.

They have agreed, and have set a meeting for April 9th at 6 pm at the Clubhouse.

My apologies for the short notice, but we were not informed that the work would be beginning until today. We will take notes and broadcast the information after the meeting, to allow for any owners that are not able to attend.
